About us

A new way of experiencing DJ culture.

Spinral is a DJ and creative collective from Bogor, built around music, creativity, community, and a new way of experiencing DJ culture.

We believe DJ culture belongs everywhere, not just in clubs. Music can be part of everyday life, from coffee shops and sports spaces to creative events, outdoor activities and daytime sessions. Enjoying DJ music can go hand in hand with a healthy, active and positive lifestyle.

We create spaces where people connect, discover new sounds, express themselves and experience music in different environments, bringing together DJs, creatives, communities and collaborators.

Our story

“I started Spinral because I wanted to build the kind of DJ culture that I wanted to be part of.”

DJ culture was often placed in the same box: clubs, nightlife, parties. I wanted to see what would happen if we took it outside of that: a DJ playing in a coffee shop in the afternoon, music as part of a sports event, a creative space, or just a normal day where people come together.

Spinral was never just about putting a group of DJs together. It's a place to experiment, collaborate and change the way people see DJs. We're not just people who play songs. There's culture, knowledge, creativity and emotion behind what we do.

We're still figuring things out, still growing, making mistakes and trying new ideas. Honestly, that's part of what makes Spinral special.

What is Spinral?

Spinral is a DJ and creative collective from Bogor, Indonesia, active since April 2025. We're nine people: DJs, an MC and a media team, bringing curated sets, immersive performances and music education to clubs and everyday spaces.

How do I book Spinral?

What kind of events do you play?

Clubs, private parties, brand launches and campus events, but also coffee shops, sport events, run clubs, outdoor and afternoon sessions. We believe DJ culture belongs everywhere, not just in clubs.

What music do you play?

Genre-spanning sets, from underground to global sounds. We read the room instead of sticking to one playlist, and we can tune the music direction to your event and crowd.

Can I book one DJ or the whole crew?

Both. Book a single DJ, a B2B set, or a full collective takeover. You can also add our in-house MC and media team, so DJs, hosting and content come from one crew.

How much does a booking cost?

It depends on the type of event, the lineup, set duration, location and whether you need equipment. Send us the details on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Do you perform outside Bogor?

We're based in Bogor, but we're open to events in other cities. Tell us where and when, and we'll check what's possible.

Do you bring your own DJ equipment?

If your venue doesn't have gear, we can help. We rent out DJ equipment for events, parties and practice sessions. Ask us about available gear and rental packages.

Who are the DJ workshops for?

Beginners and young DJs. We cover everything from beatmatching basics to building a set and understanding the culture behind it. Seats are limited, so follow @spinral_ on Instagram for the next class.

Can my brand or venue collaborate with Spinral?

Yes. We co-create concepts with venues and creative brands, from lineup and music direction to the run-of-show, plus photo and video recaps from our own media team.
